How to publish an eBook Step By Step

We now live in the age of self-publishing. You no longer need to wait around for years before a publisher decides to publish your writings. Now you too can self publish your eBook in a few simple steps. Here are 5 steps showing how to publish an eBook step by step:

1) Write Your Book

There is no point in knowing how to self-publish if you don’t write anything. Write your eBook first, and once it is ready, then we can discuss Self-Publishing. 2) Have it edited

One major mistake that new authors make (myself included) is publishing an eBook before it is edited. Don’t make this mistake. Hire an editor online and have them patch it up before you release it to the public. Never release an unedited document to the world.

3) Design a cover

There are many online tools for cover design. I use Canva to design all my images and covers for my eBooks, courses and websites. It is a bit pricey, but has a lot of features so it is definitely worth paying for.

4) Set Up Your Self-Publishing Account

There are many tools online for self-publishing. I use Gumroad as it is very fast and offers the highest profit margin. You can research online and find out which one works best for you. 5) Publish and spread the word

Once you have set up an account on any self-publishing website, simply follow the instructions to upload the eBook, hit publish, and start marketing it. It is as simple as that…or is it?
